No refunds after billing starts
Once a paid subscription begins, we do not issue refunds for any period already billed, including partial months. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@coicompass.com.
Cancellation timing
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain full access until that date. Your existing records remain stored according to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Exceptions
If you believe an exception applies, such as a billing error, an extended product outage, or anything that would be unjust to enforce, email support@coicompass.com and we will review it case by case. We are not legally obligated to grant exceptions and may decline.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
