No refunds after billing starts
All fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current paid period. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@coicompass.com.
Cancellation timing
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain full access until that date. Your existing records remain stored according to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
